The location was spot on, conveniently situated near the kasbah and local restaurants. The staff proved to be helpful. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. Our Superior Double Room was spacious and well-lit with a nice sitting area. Dining was enjoyable, especially the first night when the meal was great with fine views. There were a few drawbacks. The pool area, while beautifully decorated, could get quite noisy, detracting from the relaxation. Breakfast the next day fell flat. Food was cold, and the dining area felt overcrowded with tour groups, affecting the service. The shower drainage in the bathroom was slow, leading to water pooling, concerning. Despite these issues, I would consider returning, especially for the excellent dining views and location.

A charming hotel with real character. Our room had a great view of the sea & was large & comfortable. The evening meal was very enjoyable with a good selection on the menu.
The restaurant could have done with either opening the windows or turning on the air conditioning. It was a bit uncomfortable due to heat/stuffiness.

Great pool area providing a relaxing vibe after a busy day. Conveniently located near the main boulevard.
Air conditioning completely failed , with the only solution offered being a lengthy wait for a technician and no immediate option given for room relocation.

I have stayed at the Rembrandt several times and have always found the staff to be very helpful and cheerful. It is very convenient to the beach and to the business part of the city. I like the Art Deco style of the hotel with shades of former opulence and was pleased to see this time that there seemed to be a bit of a facelift going on.
This is not really a complaint but a suggestion that the menus might be changed ait more often

I liked the pool and the beautiful view, the cleaning aldy was very nice and helpful, when I ahd a problem with the ac they came to thelp right away even thought the problem wasnt exactly fixed
The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and said rude things in Arabic assuming we didnt know the language. Quite Ignorant and the front desk staff needs to improve their customer service

The location is excellent.
Service at the front desk was indifferent to rude. They also insisted that I pay cash even though the booking clearly stated that they accepted credit cards.

Good value for the price. The hotel is centrally situated. Our room was clean and bathroom facilities in working order. The restaurant was fine and we enjoyed the outdoor pool. Staff were pleasant. Bear in mind this is an older hotel and is not a 4/5 star comparable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had no complaints.
